Coaching provides you with a powerful framework to create positive change in your life. It’s a forward-thinking process where we only look to the past as a way to uncover your strengths and successes.

During our time together you will be heard and listened to on a deep level. You’ll be asked open-ended, poignant questions that will help you open up to new ways of seeing and responding to your world. We’ll also look at and explore the lens from which you presently view life.

The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a psychological system. Though ancient in its origin, the Enneagram is rooted in modern day psychology and provides a very specific “map” to recognize the strategies and motivations we unconsciously use to survive in the world. 

As a tool for self-development, the Enneagram provides us with an understanding of the ways these strategies can get acted out in both healthy as well as unhealthy, potentially self-sabotaging ways. We all have a tendency to become attached to patterns of behavior because they are familiar, whether they serve us or not. The Enneagram helps us recognize and work with these patterns so we’re not acting in an automatic way but rather in a more proactive, intentional, and, thoughtful way.

While I use the Enneagram both personally and professionally, the extent to which we bring it into your coaching session is totally dependent on your interest.

What’s Next?

Are you interested in exploring how we might work together?

Most of my coaching work, especially these days is done online via Zoom or FaceTime. However, if you happen to be in the Providence or New York area, I’d love to meet up.

We start with an initial Complimentary Chemistry call which gives us a chance to connect and explore how coaching can support you. Then, if we feel like we’re a good fit, we can schedule a regular meeting time. Most of my clients start with a 3 or 6-month schedule. If you have something more complex or a bigger life change that you’d like to work through, we do have a year-long program as well.
